With our stringent quality system in place. SWL management is continuously monitoring and improving our overall production quality. To achieve our high quality standards, QC engineer break down each production process and closely monitor each process individually. Our goal is to take a proactive approach to improving our quality standard.
In Order to maintain a high quality standard product, we perform reliability test on each lot to ensure each product is built according to specification.
Our production process consists of the following:
- Vertically integrated tool-making operation
and mock-up shop to shorten customer
product cycles
- In-house plastic injection molding facility to
reduce manufacturing costs and control flow
of materials
- Surface mount capability
- Ball grid array (BGA)
- Aqueous PCB cleaning equipment
